Day 203 of 365: Punchbug red!

I recently revived this old game with a friend who had never played before. There had been two Beetles one behind the other, but one turned off right before I could take the photo! They are cute little cars.

Day 171 of 365: So.. close...

I hate this light. I've spent countless minutes- hours even??- waiting at this damned light. It's the only way to get from the supermarket across the street to my apartments. Really- no other back way out. Such a pain because the timing is really bad. It's always at least a 3 minute wait to cross if you just miss it (which of course I always do, since it's only about 10 seconds long to cross). I should start keeping track of the time I spend sitting in front of this light!

Day 134 of 365: I wonder if he knows...

This is the best I could do when I noticed this on the car in front of me. He turned off right after this photo, in fact. I giggled when I saw the bumper sticker with GIT in bold letters. It looks like it stands for something legitimate, but all I can think of is "git" of course!!

Day 51 of 365: We've hit the big time!!

Leaving school and on my way to the first of 3 tutoring jobs today, there was a big traffic line getting through the light. As I approach, I see all this! There were also huge catering and equipment trucks (nearly 18 wheelers) in the tiny parking lot, as well. I snapped this from inside my car, while trying not to hold up traffic any more than it was. I found out later that apparently Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore are filming a movie in my little suburb town! This is literally .65 miles from my apartment (I know that because I run by here all the time!) Pretty exciting. I called my sister and she couldn't believe I didn't stop. She just said to me "But what if it is JUDE LAW?!" I told her that unfortunately, I had to go tutor! Ashton's a bit too young for me. ;)
